Products
In general, this size designation fits most customers who wear small to medium-sized clothing. If you are unsure about fit, please refer to our size guide for accurate measurements.
As sizes may vary for each product, we recommend you select the correct size by referring to the 'Size Guide' in the description section. You can find the 'Size Guide' on each product page, which includes detailed measurements for that particular item. If you have any questions about measurements don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.
Orders
Step 1. Add the desired item and quantity to your shopping cart.
Step 2. Click the shopping cart icon.
Step 3. Review your order and click Checkout.
Step 4. Log In or Create Account or Continue as a guest
Step 5. Confirm your shipping details and payment method, and complete the payment.
You will receive an email with the tracking number after your package ships out. Please Sign into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Order History’ to check your order status
Please also allow another 24 hours to show the tracking information.
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our online customer service as soon as possible to ensure that your requests are handled promptly. Once the items are shipped and can’t stop the logistics, the order can’t be canceled. Customers can receive the items and return to us.
Customs duties are not included. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payments
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Diners Club and Digital Wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay).
For credit cards, the billing address you enter during the checkout process must match the billing address provided by your credit card company. Otherwise, the system may consider it fraudulent.
Enter the coupon code in the "Discount code" field during checkout, and click the Apply button. You will see the discount applied in real time.
No. Only one discount code can be used at a time.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. The cost of shipping is usually around $7.99. If your address is in a remote area, the shipping cost may be adjusted. We offer free shipping on orders over $49.
It takes 6 to 15 business days to ship your order, and 1 to 4 business days is required to process your order. There will be a different processing time for each item you order. We will email you tracking information once your order begins its journey.
Please have a look at your mailbox and ask your neighbors if they have your package. You can contact the courier company for more information or contact us for assistance.
Once your items have been delivered, we will not be responsible for any theft or loss that may have occurred. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please allow an additional 1-3 days for it to arrive before contacting your local post office for more information.
We apologize if your package was damaged in transit. Please inspect your package for completeness and check to see if any items are missing or damaged when you receive it. If this is the case, please file a claim with your local post office and contact us with photos of the damaged package. We will promptly process your request and assist you in resolving this issue.
Typically this is due to an incomplete/incorrect delivery address or courier inaccessibility to the delivery location. Please contact your local post office to reschedule the delivery or to pick up the package.
Return & Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return. Please visit our return policy page for more information on our return policy.
You may return all purchases within 30 days of the date of delivery (except final sale items, Occasion Dresses category). In order to be eligible for a refund, the items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all items are included in the package; if not, the buyer is responsible for all associated charges and no refund will be issued.
To help us address and resolve the issue promptly, please send us a return request along with the photo(s) of the damaged, defective or wrong item(s) so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We'll send you a return form and instructions on how and where to send your package after you submit your return request. You will not be able to use the address on the package to return to us. Returns must be sent to our independent designer shops.
We'll notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund, usually within 7 days.
