The shipping will take 6 to 15 business days via Postal Service and 1 to 4 business days of processing time for every order. There is a different processing time for a different item.
*Occasion Dresses category dresses are Made to Order and may take up to 15 business days to process + delivery time.
*Wedding Dresses category dresses are Made to Order and may take up to 30 business days to process + delivery time.
*Wedding Dresses customized dresses are Made to Order and may take up to 30 ~ 50 business days to process + delivery time.

Track the order
You will receive an email with the tracking number after your package ships out. Please also allow another 24 hours to show the tracking information.

Some reasons for bounced or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete mailing address and to ensure that he/she will be available at the time of delivery.
