We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. 

Shipping takes just 4 to 10 business days via Postal Service, with a quick processing time of 1 to 3 business days for each order. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the item.

*Wedding Dresses are Made to Order and may take up to 6~10 business days to process + delivery time.

*Customized wedding dresses are Made to Order and may take up to 10~15  business days to process + delivery time.

Sometimes this can take longer and depends on your location.
Several factors could affect delivery time, such as customs inspection, the peak season for postal service such as Christmas, recipients' local postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international airmail packages.

Track the order
You will receive an email with the tracking number after your package ships out. Please also allow another 24 hours to show the tracking information.

Customs and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Bounced Back 
Some reasons for bounced or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete mailing address and to ensure that he/she will be available at the time of delivery.
