We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all Fashion items.

- Delivery Time: 4–10 business days
Wedding Dresses
- Made-to-order wedding dresses require 6–10 business days for production, plus shipping time.
- Customized wedding dresses require 10–15 business days for production, plus shipping time.
K-Beauty Products
All K-Beauty products are shipped directly from Korea to ensure authenticity and quality. We carefully source genuine Korean beauty products and do not sell counterfeit items.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking number after your package ships out. Please also allow another 24 hours to show the tracking information.

Returned Packages
Some reasons for bounced or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete mailing address and to ensure that he/she will be available at the time of delivery.
Mixed Orders (Fashion + K-Beauty)
If your order contains both Fashion items and K-Beauty products, they may be shipped separately, as they are fulfilled by different suppliers.
