A refresh beginner-friendly mist toner that is ideal formulates 3% of Niacinamide and Tranexamic acid for dull skin and uneven skin tone.

How to use

Hold the bottle about 8 inches (20cm) away from your face with closed eyes, and gently spray across entire face. Spray directly onto cotton pads and gently wipe across entire face.
